Education and Training
Education & Training
We provide education and training to help parents and caregivers feel confident, prepared, and supported while caring for their loved ones at home. Training is practical, easy to understand, and focused on real-life caregiving needs.
IHSS & CFC Required Training
Caregivers providing services through In-Home Support Services (IHSS) and Community First Choice (CFC) are required to complete program-specific training. This training helps caregivers understand approved care tasks, service expectations, and documentation requirements so services are delivered safely and appropriately.
CPR Training
We offer CPR training for parents, family caregivers, and support providers. Training focuses on basic life-saving skills and emergency response to help caregivers feel prepared in urgent situations.
Coming Soon: QMAP Training
QMAP (Qualified Medication Administration Person) training will be available for caregivers who may assist with medication administration, when permitted by program guidelines. Training will emphasize safety, accuracy, and proper procedures.
Coming Soon: Seizure Training
Seizure training will support caregivers in recognizing seizure activity, responding safely, and supporting individuals with seizure-related needs in the home.
All training is provided in a supportive, non-intimidating environment. Our goal is to help caregivers feel confident, informed, and ready to provide safe, consistent care at home.
